This could buff additional HP, or buff the helmet to be on par with similar helms. Make it a thang! Bosshunter Stimulators could provide a nice hp potential and godly-potential to existing equips that are unfortunately not affected by the server's godly system, via a little pqing, while making the ITCG items needed to craft them boom in price, generating a big boom in demand for them, and gach.
