This is a really good top coat but it becomes expensive to have to use a base and top coat for every manicure. I reached out to Ulta to see if I could exchange this bottle for a better Rue since I received a slightly bad batch this is what happens when you receive a bad bottle they said they do not do exchanges, only returns for refunds and they do not refund the total amount due to shipping and tax.
Needless to say a return would make me lose money and the nail polish. They said the only way to make an exchange is to go in store with the product and the receipt that came with the package. So everyone please be warned, be careful with what you decide to purchase on here because exchanges are not an option unless you have an Ulta near you and returns will cost you.
